ESG Urban Development Investment Research Group
A research group formed by funds, developers, and financial institutions to provide SFUD with consistent investment and financing from domestic and international start-up investment to mezzanine, financing, and senior financing in the process of conceptualization, planning, and project development.
SDGs Future Urban Development Institute
As a sister institute of SFUD, the Institute is composed of leading experts in a wide variety of academic fields, particularly in the fields of urban planning, engineering, design, culture and fine arts.

Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)
Experiential Learning Lab is a laboratory that develops and provides educational programs to build project leaders who can achieve SDGs. Developing ESD education programs that integrate exploratory and experiential studies.
The Super Chiba Project: Planning a Bright, Resilient Future for Chiba (SCP)
A group formed by key stakeholders to achieve various projects for the whole area of Chiba centering on Makuhari, which has started alongside EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai as the first project of SFUD.
Urban Land Institute (ULI)
Founded in the United States in 1936, ULI is now the leading urban development community with a network of more than 30,000 private companies, academic and government institutions worldwide. The corporate sector includes developers, financial and investment institutions, operators and consultants in various fields. It focuses on future urban development and sustainable development. Graduate School Japan (GS-JAPAN) & USA Network
Founded in the United States in 1921, GS-JAPAN is a program training organization primarily for U.S. federal government employees. In addition, GS-JAPAN has developed programs for international organizations. Currently working on expanding the program to Japan and Asia.
